At Prescription Fitness you don’t just show up and start working out,
we’re not just a “gym”.
We start with a health screening, exercise history and goal setting session before your training plan is ever developed.
On your first visit we will do a body composition analysis, record your weight, take your measurements and we will continue to do so on a consistent basis. Our phone support provides you with the motivation, nutritional guidance and accountability that is crucial in reaching your goal.
We believe that almost all goals are attainable given a well-designed plan and enough time and effort. Daily and weekly checkpoints are crucial to make sure you stay on track.
