Private Training Session
 

Private Training Sessions are the most popular service we provide at Prescription Fitness.  This individual attention is the most effective way to reach your goals.  A Private Training Session includes a health screening, exercise history and goal setting.  We will do a body composition analysis, record your weight and take your measurements on a monthly basis.  You will also receive phone support throughout the week.  This is all included in your 60 minute Private Training Session fee.

Small Group Training
 

We are so excited to offer something new to help you become more fit - no matter what your goal and the best part... it's so AFFORDABLE! THIS IS NOT A CLASS! You will receive all the benefits of individualized personal training with the benefit of group pricing. This includes; an exclusive Prescription Fitness consultation and program design, body composition analysis, food journals, goal setting and much more. You schedule the days and times that fit YOUR schedule and YOUR program design. And yes, you'll even get the surprise phone calls and e-mails to make sure you are keeping on track. We promise to give you the individual attention you deserve while having a blast with others who are just as committed as you. Group training sessions are an hour in length and will be offered on:

    In-Home Private Training Session
     

    In-Home-Private-Training-SessionFor some, the privacy of your own home is where you would like to pursue your personalized fitness program.  Prescription Fitness offers In-Home Private Training Sessions for those with busy schedules, children and those who just do not enjoy going to a training center.

    You will receive all of the benefits of a Private Training Session while in your own home!

    Pilates
     

    This class combines the best of Pilates, Yoga, Core Training, and Flexibiliy exercise all in one fun class. This unique program was developed by Kerrie Riolo and is designed to be achievable and yet challenging for beginners to the advanced. Step up your exercise program with the benefits of pilates.

    Boot Camp
     

    GET READY FOR THE NEW YOU!!!!! This program is designed to be challenging, fun and achievable for all levels. Our staff of Certified Personal Trainers will instruct and inspire you to reach your goals. Camp includes body fat testing & food journal. Come for the entire camp or pick the days that work best for you.

    Athletes Edge
     

    Be the best. Improve your speed, strength, performance and coordination through our unique program. Our Certified Trainers incorporate cardiovascular exercise, weight and agility training into this unique, affordable work out that focuses on your specific sport or general fitness goals. Prescription Fitness’ Athletes Edge is ideal for individual athletes and teams alike.

    All-Star Program Design
     

    Some of you are training regularly on your own but are just not seeing the results you desire.  This may be due to many things, from lack of nutritional knowledge, a poor program design, nobody to be accountable to or maybe you're just not motivated enough.  The All Star Training Program is designed to individualize a plan for you to strengthen your weaknesses and help you reach your goals.

    The All Star Training Program includes a one hour health screening
    and goal session, a thirty - sixty minute follow-up to go over your
    program, monthly body fat test and measurements, phone support
    and a bi-monthly weigh-in.

    Nutrition Counseling
     

    Nutrition counseling can help to ensure that your level of nutrition is optimal for sport performance and weight management. The counseling session will start off with a detailed individual assessment and goal setting strategies. Once the assessment is completed, the registered dietitian can determine what dietary and lifestyle changes you need to improve or optimize your sports nutrition. Optimum sports nutrition can help you improve sports performance, endurance, muscle tone, and both weight gain or weight loss. The dietary plan is tailored to fit your individual needs.

    Team Training
     

    Group training is a great way to get your team to its peak performance, your wedding party photo ready, or your friends together for a fun and healthy alternative to dinner and a movie. Each group is different and so is each training session. From speed training to pilates and strength training to step aerobics, You tell us the goal and we design a class to fit your needs.

    Health and Fitness Seminars
     

    Make a first rate impression at your next event. Hot health and fitness topics such as Youth training programs, Sport nutrition and supplementation, Exercise for seniors, Realistic goal setting, Disease prevention are just an example of the many topics we speak on. We can cover any topic that is important to your organization in a 60 minute format including time for Q&A.

    Body Composition Testing
     

    Would you like to know what your body fat percentage is prior to and / or during your training?  Maybe you'd like to know if you're gaining or losing muscle.  You need a starting point to really know if you are making progress.  Body composition testing is the best way to find out for yourself or a group!
