Dana Paden – CPT

Dana is a graduate of the University of Toledo with a Bachelor’s of Science in Health Science and two Associates of Applied Business in both Business Management and Marketing and Sales. She is also a graduate of Lorain County Community College with her Associate of Applied Science in Sports and Fitness Management and a Certificate of Proficiency in Personal Training.

Dana is a not only a personal trainer at LCCC but she is also adjunct faculty, a fitness assistant at the fitness center and a facilitator for the Adventure Challenge Ropes Course. Dana is also employed with the Medina County Career Center (Joint Vocational School) where she works as a substitute teacher and facilitates its Adventure Challenge Ropes Course.

Dana loves her jobs as it gives her the opportunity to work with a wide range of people and educate them with the knowledge she has obtained and get them to where health, wellness and fitness are priorities. She is very motivational and ready to design a personal program to meet your strength, toning, endurance or weight loss wants whether you are a beginning or advanced exerciser, athlete or weekend warrior.
