David Bernauer was born and raised in Parma, Ohio where he attended Padua Franciscan High School. He was a two sport athlete playing both football and basketball. After high school, David continued his education at Baldwin Wallace University in Berea, Ohio where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology. While at BW, David interned and was later hired at Athletic Performance Training Center where he trained athletes of all ages, as well as those looking to stay in shape. He also conducted team strength training for the Cleveland Volleyball Company. He is CPR and AED certified through The American Red Cross. He is passionate about health and fitness and loves using his knowledge to improve the lives and well-being of others.
David currently lives in North Royalton, Ohio. During his free time he likes to work out, listen to music, cut grass, eat chipotle, and watch movies. His favorite blockbusters are all of the Rocky and Batman movies. He also loves professional sports and enjoys rooting for the Cleveland sports teams. David lives to inspire others because he believes life is too short to not be the best version of yourself!
