Kerrie has an extensive background in the Health and Fitness Industry. She is a certified Exercise Physiologist by the American College of Sport’s Medicine. Kerrie holds a B.A. from Baldwin Wallace University in Exercise Physiology and Fitness Management and a Masters in Education degree from Cleveland State University in Exercise Science and Sports Management. She is a college professor at Lorain County Community College and Baldwin Wallace University. Kerrie specializes in nutrition, health, fitness and wellness classes. Her background also includes teaching a wide variety of group classes such as Boot Camps, Body Toning, Step Aerobics, Cardio Kickboxing, Zumba & Zumba Toning, Yoga and Pilates!
Kerrie’s three words that best describes her are a leader, motivator and an educator. Over the years Kerrie has successfully lead, motivated, and educated clients to achieve their fitness goals. Kerrie has trained a wide variety of individuals including Ford UAW workers as a Senior Health and Fitness Specialist, young athletes, general fitness enthusiasts, and senior citizens. Kerrie is an avid runner who has competed in 5Ks and 10Ks as well half and full marathons. She holds 3rd and 4th place trophies as an NPC Bikini Competitor. She currently enjoys adventure training and has completed in a WARRIOR DASH and TOUGH MUDDER. Kerrie currently lives in North Olmsted with her husband and two children. Her oldest son is a graduate from North Olmsted High School and is currently serving our country in the United States Marine Corp.
