The Results You Deserve
If you’ve been training on your own and aren’t seeing the results you want, you deserve to understand why and have help changing that! That’s where Prescription Fitness comes in. There are plenty of reasons that a person might not see results from their fitness program. Maybe you’re struggling with motivation and drive. Perhaps the program you’re working with from another gym isn’t working for you because it wasn’t designed specifically for your body. Lack of nutritional knowledge can also contribute to a lack of results- if you’re not eating right, then just exercising won’t be nearly as effective. And of course, it’s harder to stick with a fitness program if you don’t have someone to hold you accountable to it.
Track Your Progress
With Prescription Fitness’s Personalized Program Design, we will first sit down with you for a one-hour fitness assessment and goal session. There, we will get a sense of where you are in your fitness journey and what we can do to help you get to where you want to be. With this program, we do a monthly body fat test and measurements so you can clearly keep track of your progress. After the initial fitness assessment, we’ll have a 30-60 minute follow-up to go over your program. You’ll also receive a bi-monthly weigh-in and phone support.
