All-Star Program Design

Some of you are training regularly on your own but are just not seeing the results you desire. This may be due to many things, from lack of nutritional knowledge, a poor program design, nobody to be accountable to or maybe you’re just not motivated enough. The All Star Training Program is designed to individualize a plan for you to strengthen your weaknesses and help you reach your goals.

The All Star Training Program includes a one hour health screening and goal session, a 30 – 60 minute follow-up to go over your program, monthly body fat test and measurements, phone support and a bi-monthly weigh-in.
