Small Group Training

We are so excited to offer something new to help you become more fit – no matter what your goal and the best part… it’s so AFFORDABLE! THIS IS NOT A CLASS! You will receive all the benefits of individualized personal training with the benefit of group pricing. This includes; an exclusive Prescription Fitness consultation and program design, body composition analysis, food journals, goal setting and much more. You schedule the days and times that fit YOUR schedule and YOUR program design. And yes, you’ll even get the surprise phone calls and e-mails to make sure you are keeping on track. We promise to give you the individual attention you deserve while having a blast with others who are just as committed as you. Group training sessions are an hour in length and will be offered on:

    • Tuesdays: 7:00pm
    • Wednesdays: 7:00pm
    • Thursdays: 7:00pm
