Alex AbouAbdallah – CPT, MS,AT,ATC

Alex AbouAbdallah is originally from Cuyahoga Falls Ohio where she attended Woodridge High School. Alex was a competitive gymnast for 18 years traveling each weekend for competitions. She also ran track and cross country in high school.

She attended Bowling Green State University and competed for their club gymnastics team. She graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training. Following graduation, Alex went to Lock Haven University in Pennsylvania for her Master’s in Sport Psychology. She is currently a full time athletic training working with women’s soccer, wrestling, and men’s and women’s tennis. She provides rehabilitation services, injury prevention, and evaluation of athletic injuries for those teams.

Alex is a certified personal trainer through the NASM. She has a passion for fitness and wants to empower others to feel confident in and out of the gym. She preaches a healthy balanced lifestyle. When Alex is not working out she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
