Rx HIIT class is finally here!

HIIT, (high-intensity interval training) is a workout that involves short periods of intense exercise alternated with recovery periods.

Top reasons why our Rx HIIT class is for you:

All classes are Co-Ed!

Workouts are designed to accommodate people of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced exerciser, our interval based workouts will help you achieve all your fitness goals!

Classes run Monday, and Wednesday, and Friday at 5:30am, and 9:30am. Tuesday and Thursday at 4:30pm, and 5:45pm, and Saturday’s at 9:30am.
