We know that coming into the gym, especially for the first time, can be intimidating. When you walk into Prescription Fitness for the first time, you’ll find personal training designed specifically for you and your success. Before we even start working out, we will sit down together and design a fitness strategy that’ll work for you. We’ll talk about your goals and your comfort zone as well as taking a body composition analysis and recording your weight and height. We will continue to do this on a consistent basis during your personal fitness training.
