Personalized Fitness Strategy Consultation (15 Minutes)
A one-on-one virtual call with our Head Trainer to review your goals and map out your next steps. Then, if appropriate, we’ll schedule your complimentary in-person evaluation during this call.
Step 3:
Comprehensive Fitness & Movement Evaluation (60 Minutes)
A complimentary, one-on- one private session with a personal trainer where we assess your movement, identify opportunities, and give you expert fitness and health recommendations tailored to your needs and goals.

If the participant is under the age of 18, we ask that a parent or guardian:
- Complete the assessment form on their behalf
