Danielle Cale – CPT

Danielle Cale Personal TrainerDanielle Cale was raised in Richfield, Ohio where she attended Revere High School. During high school, she participated in Track and Field and was enrolled in Post-Secondary college courses at Cuyahoga Community College. After high school, Danielle first continued her education at Ohio University but after a family medical emergency, transferred to The University of Akron, where she graduated, cum laude, with her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science: Pre-Physical Therapy with a minor in Business and a minor in Psychology. Danielle is currently in the process of applying to graduate school to pursue her doctorate in Physical Therapy. She is First Aid and CPR/AED certified through the American Red Cross.

Danielle’s passion for health and fitness began during high school. Witnessing the long-term effects of poor diet and exercise on others and their families was an eye-opening experience which drove her to pursue a career where she could educate and motivate others to strive to be the best possible version of themselves.

Danielle is an avid runner and has participated in multiple 5K’s, 10K’s, and half marathons. She volunteers at an animal shelter, running dogs who are awaiting adoption. Also, she has recently applied to become a running coach for Girls on the Run, an after-school program for middle school girls learning to love their bodies and fall in love with running. In her free time, Danielle enjoys traveling, hiking, mountain biking, and weight-lifting. She loves new experiences and is always up to try new things.
