She enjoys applying her athletic knowledge while training her clients using various sports drills that aim to improve her client’s strength, agility, mobility, and balance through fun & functional movement. Katarina’s goal is to incorporate fat-burning & muscle-building movements that her client actually enjoys, while challenging them enough to achieve optimal results every time.

Katarina takes pride in each and every breakthrough her clients attain in the pursuit of their health and wellness goals. Her favorite part about her work as a personal trainer is the quality relationships she builds with clients that allow her to see their multifaceted evolution over time as their positive demeanor blossoms and their self-confidence grows. What does Katarina believe in?

Katarina believes in being the type of person to leave a mark – not a scar – with everyone she meets in her journey, personally and professionally. She believes that the most we can ask of ourselves at the end of each day is “Did I give my best?” She reminds her clients that it is to be expected that “our best” will change on any given day, and applies her understanding of the holistic intersection of mind, body, and spirit to help clients psychologically overcome their obstacles. Most importantly, as your personal fitness trainer, Katarina believes in YOU!
