Building Strength, Confidence, and Character

Teen Strength Training Classes

The Teen Strength Training program helps youth in grades 5–12 learn how to train safely, build strength, and move with confidence—both inside and outside the gym.

Each session is led by a certified personal trainer who teaches proper form, age-appropriate lifting, and how to use equipment safely. Teens gain strength, coordination, and confidence while developing habits that last a lifetime.

Whether your teen wants to prepare for sports, improve performance, or simply feel stronger and more capable, this program offers a supportive, motivating, and empowering environment.

“People see me and never expect the weight I’m about to move— and that’s the best feeling.

A lot of girls worry about getting bulky, but it doesn’t work like that. I see so many females who limit their potential because of that misconception.

Lifting started as something I needed to do to become a D1 athlete, but it quickly became a passion and outlet for me.”
