Take the Weight Room Orientation Class
Free 1-hour Weight Room Orientation Class led by one of our certified personal trainers.
- Understand the purpose and benefits of each exercise machine

- Feel confident on the weight room floor and ready to start

Teen Strengthen Training Program
Schedule: Mondays 3:30-4:30pm and Wednesdays 3:30-4:30pm
Class Details:
- For teens in grades 5–12, male and female welcome
- 1 hour classes offered 2x per week
- Small groups: 4–10 teens per class
- Focus on proper form, injury prevention & gym confidence
- Foundational training and beginner friendly

Lisa Ortiz is an energetic and enthusiastic personal trainer and group fitness instructor who brings positivity and fun to every workout. With years of experience and a passion for connecting with people through exercise, Lisa has a unique ability to motivate her clients with her infectious attitude. Whether she’s leading a class or working one-on-one, Lisa knows how to make fitness enjoyable while helping clients reach their goals. An accomplished athlete herself, Lisa was the 1st Place overall female winner in the 2021 Western Reserve Racing Dirty Trail Running Series. She brings that same dedication and grit to her personal training sessions, always encouraging her clients to push themselves while keeping things light and fun.




Hobbies & Interests:

A graduate of Holy Name High School in ’01, Tom was a standout athlete and varsity captain in both football and track. As a result of his hard work and dedication he was named All North Coast League, 1st Team in football as a free safety. He was also honored with a Plain Dealer Player of the Week as a free safety, kick returner and long snapper. At the end of his senior season he received the team’s prestigious “Namer Award” which is given to the player who most exemplifies teamwork and dedication.
