Teen Strengthen Training Classes

Cost: $129 every 4 weeks, 8 classes. Cancel anytime.

This small-group class for teens that builds strength, helps sports performance, improves health and lays the groundwork for a lifetime of healthy movement and habits. Gain confidence in the gym while learning proper lifting form and safe training habits from a certified personal trainer.
 

Schedule: Mondays 3:30-4:30pm and Wednesdays 3:30-4:30pm

Class Details:

  • For teens in grades 5–12, male and female welcome
  • 1 hour classes offered 2x per week
  • Small groups: 4–10 teens per class
  • Focus on proper form, injury prevention & gym confidence
  • Foundational training and beginner friendly

Knowledgeable assessment; flexible in scheduling; answered all my preliminary questions. Trainers explain everything and encourage me. I have never much enjoyed exercising, but I enjoy these sessions because I just follow directions and put all my focus on doing the work. I don’t have to try to understand the machine operation or which weights or exercises are appropriate for my unique needs and health issues. It’s a physical process that is almost meditative in its simplicity. So I am extra motivated and feel I am in good hands. So far, this is one of the best life decisions I’ve made in a long time.
