Who We Work With & How We Help

Many of our clients have not exercised in years, and some have never worked out before. Walking into a gym without a plan can feel intimidating, which often leads people to stick to what feels familiar and avoid strength training altogether.

What Getting Started Looks Like

Your first visit begins with a FREE health and fitness assessment. We start with a conversation to learn about your past experience, goals, preferences, and availability so we can understand what approach will work best for you.

During your assessment, you will also complete a modified workout so we can evaluate your current fitness level and movement patterns. Afterward, we review our programs and services together and recommend the option that best fits your lifestyle and goals. From there, we create a custom fitness plan tailored specifically to you, based on your needs, goals, and starting point.

No matter where you are beginning, we focus on progressing at a level that feels right for you while building sustainable habits that support long-term results.
