Becoming a personal trainer requires a particular set of skills and attitudes. Besides having the right educational background or experience, what else do we look for when hiring personal trainers?

The Basics For Educational Requirements

As mentioned above, all our trainers must have a four-year degree in the field. Some of our trainers even have a master’s degree. But besides having education, all of our trainers have a national certification. If you have an associate’s degree with ten or more years of experience, we will still sit down with you and find out more about who you are and what you bring to the table.

We Get To Know You Personally

After we confirm your educational background and set up a meeting with you, we will bring you into our facilities to have a conversation and discover more about who you are as an individual. We are very particular about who we bring to our team. Out of twenty applicants, we get a week; we may only bring on one person from that group after they pass the background check.

Why Are We So Selective?

At our core, we’re looking for people who genuinely want to help our clients and make a difference in their lives through training and motivation. Wanting a job is one thing, but wanting to help others and change their lives is another. Each of our trainers is people who want to see others succeed in their health and fitness goals. We’re here to help!
