Our training for seniors emphasizes strength, balance, and functional movement to support daily activities like climbing stairs, carrying groceries, and staying active with family. The focus is on moving safely, confidently, and comfortably through everyday life.
Youth, High School & College Athletes
Prescription Fitness works with youth athletes, as well as high school and college athletes, including those competing at higher levels.
For younger athletes, learning how to move correctly from the start is essential. We emphasize proper technique, coordination, and strength so athletes build a strong foundation and reduce the risk of injury. As athletes progress, training evolves to support performance, strength development, and sport-specific demands.
